Titanium Grade 1 Shim / Foil is a well-known product
manufactured by Bhansali Enterprise. Additionally, we produce
Titanium Grade 2 Foils. The foils and shims here are all of the highest quality.
These foils and shims are made according to customer requirements. For
manufacturing titanium, these foils and shims come in a variety of thicknesses,
widths, and lengths. Titanium alloys are lightweight, strong, resistant to
corrosion and heat, among other properties, making them suitable for a wide
range of applications.
The most durable metal is titanium grade 1.The
ductility of this grade of titanium is high, and it is easy to weld. It is
extremely resistant to chloride-containing oxidizing and slightly reducing
environments. When compared to steel, this grade is an excellent combination of
high strength and low weight. It is only brushed and not polished. It has the
least oxygen, hydrogen, and carbon in it.
Titanium Grade 1 Shim is a silvered colored metal, and it shows low density and high strength. These products show some features like high resistance to corrosion, and it cannot be changed their properties under heavy loads; also, it has the ability to withstand wear, pressure or damage.
Titanium Grade 1 Foil has rough construction, high strength in high stress and these foils have easily bending quality without breaking. Other features are it shows resistance to crevice corrosion, resistance to cracking in high stress. This has good impact characteristics at low temperatures. In addition, Titanium Grade 1 shims can be welded without effort, machined, cold worked, and hot worked and are non-magnetic in nature. This grade has good formability and weldability, so that it is used in various applications.
