Monel alloy 401 round bar are solid solution alloys that can be hardened by way of subjecting them to cold operating. There are unique types of MONEL alloys to be had commercially, particularly, MONEL 400, 401, 404, R-405, 450 and okay-500. The same old kinds of MONEL alloy are hexagon, apartments, forging inventory, tube and pipe.

Like with commercially pure Nickel, Alloy 401 is low in strength in the annealed condition and can only be cold worked to a maximum of 120 KSI
