Hastelloy Hybrid BC1 Round Bars is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium super alloy with an addition of tungsten designed to have excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of severe environments. The low carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation during welding to maintain corrosion resistance in as-welded structures.
Hastelloy C-276 alloy is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy that is considered as high-performance for its resistance to corrosive surroundings. It resists formation of grain-boundary precipitates in the weld head-affected zone. This is what makes Hastelloy C276 suitable for the majority of chemical processing applications
